I know of serious fallouts between people who prefer the original version of this to the later speeded up version. This is the original, the title track from their debut disc.

One of the more 'punk' tracks from the 'Red Snerts' compilation album. Depending on your definition of 'punk', of course.

3. BUZZ & THE GANG - 'Hearts Waiting' - Throbbing Lobster LP - USA - 1985

A powerpop classic from 'Claws', and if you thought that sounds like a Throbbing Lobster compilation, you'd be right.

4. THE PROLETARIAT - 'Religion Is The Opium Of The Masses' - Modern Method LP - USA - 1982

After featuring a Groinoids track recently I thought it was high time to revisit 'This Is Boston Not L.A.' and dig up some more Proletariat.

From a gloriously lo-fi Scandinavian tradition. No releases in their own name I'm afraid other than one track on the 'Svenska Tonårsgrupper Vol. 3' comp.

A bit off a plodder here but with oodles of d-u-m-b proto punk charm.
