The Best of Brought To Life - 200

1. WIRE - 'Reuters' - Harvest LP - UK - 1977
Clearing up the last of the classic albums we begin with one from 'Pink Flag'. It was all bad news . . .
2. X - 'The Once Over Twice' - Slash LP - USA - 1981
Followed by the opening track from second album 'Wild Gift'.
3. THE VIBRATORS - 'Petrol' - Epic LP - UK - 1977
And one from debut album 'Pure Mania'.
4. SADO-NATION - 'I Accuse You' - Demo - USA - 1980
This is from an unreleased album which was gonna be called 'Disruptive Pattern'. Original singer Leesa left for New York soon after its recording and with additional financial problems it never saw the light of day until the release of the excellent Grand Theft Audio retrospective 'Future Past, Present, Tense'. Nice dischordant guitar.
5. THE SCREAMERS - 'The Beat Goes On' - Demo - USA - 1978
It sure does. Available on a number of unofficial releases.
6. WIRE - 'Three Girl Rhumba'Harvest LP - UK - 1977
A second from 'Pink Flag'.

Another from 'Wild Gift'. Superior live version from 'The Decline' here.

An instrumental from 'Pink Flag'.

And a fourth from 'Wild Gift'.

A third from 'Pure Mania'.

And a third from 'Disruptive Pattern' which was also re-recorded for 'We're Not Equal'.
